Live calls are 18+
Only adults can join live calls. The AI tutor is open to users 13+.
Voice only, never recorded
No video and no photos. Calls are not recorded, and audio is never stored.
AI moderation
Abusive, sexual, hateful or threatening words anywhere in the app lead to an automatic ban.
You choose who you talk to
Use the “Talk with men” / “Talk with women” switch to decide whether you’re matched with the opposite gender.
No personal details
Phone numbers and social handles are never shown — and must never be shared on calls.

Questions, answered
Is BoloEnglish free?
Yes, you can start for free. Free users see ads. Premium (₹149/month or ₹999/year — prices may change; see the app) removes ads and unlocks unlimited AI tutor practice, all role-plays, an AI feedback report after every call and priority matching.
Who can use BoloEnglish?
You must be at least 13 to use the app and the AI tutor, and at least 18 to join live calls. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian’s consent.
Are calls recorded? Is my voice stored?
No. Calls are voice-only and are never recorded. During live calls, your own microphone audio is processed in short chunks by our server and Google’s Gemini AI to give you English tips and to check for safety — and is deleted immediately. For the AI tutor, speech-to-text happens on your device and only text is sent. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
How do you keep women safe?
Calls are voice-only and 18+. Phone numbers are never shown. You can choose whether to be matched with the opposite gender, report or block anyone instantly, and our AI automatically bans users who use abusive, sexual, hateful or threatening language.
What happens if someone misbehaves?
Tap report or block during or after the call. Serious abuse detected by our AI leads to an automatic ban, and our team reviews every report within 24 hours.
How do I cancel Premium?
On Android, cancel in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. On iPhone, cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Web purchases are one-time periods and don’t auto-renew. For refund questions, contact support@krivyom.com.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete account. It’s instant. See Account & data deletion for other options and what is deleted.
Which devices are supported?
BoloEnglish is available on Android via Google Play and on the web at app.boloenglish.krivyom.com. The iPhone app is coming soon.
